Gatherings, MYO-Movement teaches students in Pairs of 2.  This format allows you the Teacher to experience & learn 1st hand, the underlying ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin & Yang–when 2 seemingly separate energy forces are actually working in harmony with each other in the Spirit of ONENESS!  MYO Healing Art teaches self-care and self-responsibility of Mind-Body-Soul.  You will learn proper and safe stretch techniques that takes you & your students deeper into stretch-asana-poses, which elongate muscle tissue & unblocks stuck-stagnant spiritual energy. This is done by applying massage compressions along acupressure  energy points throughout the body.

Sequence:  You are guided through a series of yoga poses as your instructor applies and teaches YOU bodywork compressions and safe asana assists that improve posture, elongate muscle tissue, and increase flexibility.  Sessions end with guided OMeditation for ultimate relaxation & rejuvenation!
